Montepino Logística lands in Barcelona with the purchase of a plot of land measuring 22,900 m2
Cushman & Wakefield has advised Montepino, a leading provider of turn-key solutions, on the acquisition of this land in Sant Esteve de Sesrovires

Montepino Logística, the leading company in turn-key solutions, has acquired a plot of land of some 22,914 m2 in the Can Serra industrial estate in Sant Esteve de Sesrovires, Barcelona. The company has relied on advice from Cushman & Wakefield, a leading real-estate firm, throughout the development.
The purchase of this land will allow Montepino to develop a logistics or automotive unit of over 13,000 m2. The land is located in a strategic area due to its proximity to Barcelona, as well as its direct access to the AP-7 and A-2 motorways which link the French border to the Levante region and the centre of the Peninsula, respectively.
Moreover, this new purchase will form part of Montepino's strategic commitment and plan for expansion on a national level to reaffirm its leading position in the turn-key solutions sector.
Juan José Vera, Vice President of Montepino Logística, explains that this consists of "our first investment in Catalonia, through which we hope to expand our portfolio of buildings with further projects sharing these characteristics to create cutting-edge spaces, fully adapted to the needs of our clients."
Montepino Logística is currently working on five projects in Madrid and Castilla-La Mancha, which cover over 300,000 m2 of logistic surface area and have an asset value of over €300 million.
